At HCA NDIS and disability your services don’t stop once your Support Worker leaves your home.
Business Relationship Lead
The first person you will speak with at HCA is one of our dedicated Business Relationship Leads. They will help you navigate the NDIS and get you set up with HCA. They will introduce you to your Customer Care Manager and make sure you have everything you need to start receiving services.
Customer Care Manager
At HCA every customer has their own Customer Care Manager who makes sure everything is running smoothly. They ensure you receive the services you need and check in with you regularly. They are your one point of contact at HCA so you don’t need to speak to a different person every time you call. You have their phone number and email address so you contact them directly rather than going through a central phone number.
Service Delivery Team Lead
Our Service Delivery Team manage our Support Workers. They make sure they have the training and skills to provide the best service to you and routinely complete in home assessments with the support worker. Not many NDIS providers have this role and it’s one of the things that sets HCA apart.
State Manager
We have a State Manager for every state where we offer services. You will have the contact details for your State Manager so if you ever need to talk to someone other than your Customer Care Manager you are able to. We think it’s important our customers have access to our senior management team if they need to as our customers are the most important part of our business.
