NDIS\u548c\u6b8b\u75be\u4eba\u8ba1\u5212\u7684\u6761\u6b3e\u548c\u6761\u4ef6\u3002\u5982\u679c\u60a8\u6709\u4efb\u4f55\u672a\u5728\u6b64\u90e8\u5206\u5f97\u5230\u89e3\u7b54\u7684\u95ee\u9898\uff0c\u8bf7\u8054\u7cfb\u56e2\u961f\uff0c\u6211\u4eec\u5c06\u7aed\u8bda\u4e3a\u60a8\u670d\u52a1\u3002.<\/p>\n text-align-mobile-same-as-desktop c-dsk-1 c-g-dsk-r c-tab-1 c-g-tab-r  c-mob-1 c-g-mob-r\" style=\"\">\n    <p>1. \u9879\u76ee\u6982\u89c8<br \/>\nHealthcare Australia NDIS &amp; Disability\uff08\u201cHCA NDIS\u201d\uff09\u4e3a\u63a8\u8350\u670b\u53cb\u6216\u5bb6\u4eba\u6210\u4e3a\u65b0\u7684 HCA NDIS &amp; Disability \u5ba2\u6237\u7684\u73b0\u6709 HCA NDIS \u53c2\u4e0e\u8005\u63d0\u4f9b\u63a8\u8350\u5956\u52b1\u3002.<br \/>\n\u5982\u679c\u63a8\u8350\u7684\u4eba\u6ce8\u518c\u5e76\u6210\u4e3a\u6d3b\u8dc3\u7684 HCA NDIS \u53ca\u6b8b\u969c\u5ba2\u6237\uff0c\u63a8\u8350\u4eba\u548c\u65b0\u5ba2\u6237\u90fd\u5c06\u5404\u83b7\u5f97\u4e00\u5f20 $400 \u793c\u5238\u3002.<\/p>\n<p>2. \u5408\u8d44\u683c<br \/>\n\u63a8\u8350\u4eba\u5fc5\u987b\u662fHCA NDIS \u548c\u6b8b\u75be\u670d\u52a1\u5f53\u524d\u7684\u53c2\u4e0e\u8005\uff0c\u5e76\u4e14\u5728\u505a\u51fa\u63a8\u8350\u65f6\u4ecd\u662f\u3002.<br \/>\n\u88ab\u63a8\u8350\u4eba\u5fc5\u987b\u662f\u65b0\u5ba2\u6237\uff0c\u4e14\u4e4b\u524d\u672a\u66fe\u4e0eHCA NDIS &amp; Disability\u6709\u8fc7\u4efb\u4f55\u5173\u8054\u3002.<br \/>\n\u2022 \u4ecb\u7ecd\u7684\u65b0\u5ba2\u6237\u5982\u679c\u901a\u8fc7\u4efb\u4f55\u7b2c\u4e09\u65b9\uff08\u5305\u62ec\u4f46\u4e0d\u9650\u4e8e\u63a8\u8350\u673a\u6784\u6216\u652f\u6301\u534f\u8c03\u670d\u52a1\uff09\u4ecb\u7ecd\uff0c\u5219\u63a8\u8350\u65e0\u6548\u3002.<br \/>\n\u2022 \u5fc5\u987b\u5728\u8f6c\u4ecb\u5ba2\u6237\u5f00\u59cb\u63a5\u53d7\u670d\u52a1\u540e\u7684\u4e24\u4e2a\uff082\uff09\u6708\u5185\u5411HCA NDIS &amp; Disability\u62ab\u9732\u8f6c\u4ecb\u4fe1\u606f\u3002.<br \/>\n\u6b64\u4f18\u60e0\u4e0d\u53ef\u4e0e\u5176\u4ed6\u4efb\u4f55\u4fc3\u9500\u6216\u5956\u52b1\u540c\u65f6\u4f7f\u7528\u3002.<\/p>\n<p>3. \u63a8\u8350\u6d41\u7a0b<br \/>\n\u63a8\u8350\u53ef\u4ee5\u901a\u8fc7\u4ee5\u4e0b\u4efb\u4e00\u65b9\u5f0f\u8fdb\u884c\uff1a<br \/>\n\u63a8\u8350\u4eba\u901a\u8fc7\u8054\u7cfb\u5176HCA\u62a4\u7406\u7ecf\u7406\uff0c\u544a\u77e5HCA NDIS\u548c\u6b8b\u75be\u90e8\u95e8\u5df2\u6536\u5230\u63a8\u8350\u3002.<br \/>\n\u2022 \u88ab\u63a8\u8350\u7684\u5ba2\u6237\u5728\u5165\u804c\u65f6\u63d0\u4f9b\u63a8\u8350\u4eba\u7684\u5168\u540d\u3002.<br \/>\n\u63a8\u8350\u4eba\u6216\u88ab\u63a8\u8350\u5ba2\u6237\u5747\u6709\u8d23\u4efb\u786e\u4fdd\u5728\u5956\u52b1\u9002\u7528\u7684\u8d44\u683c\u671f\u9650\u5185\u901a\u77e5HCA NDIS &amp; Disability\u8be5\u63a8\u8350\u4e8b\u5b9c\u3002.<\/p>\n<p>4. \u5956\u52b1\u4ed8\u6b3e<br \/>\n$\u4e00\u65e6\u88ab\u63a8\u8350\u7684\u5ba2\u6237\u6210\u529f\u5165\u804c\u5e76\u88ab\u9a8c\u8bc1\u4e3a\u7b26\u5408\u8d44\u683c\u7684 HCA NDIS \u548c\u6b8b\u969c\u4eba\u58eb\uff0c\u53cc\u65b9\u5c06\u5404\u81ea\u83b7\u5f97\u4ef7\u503c 400 \u7f8e\u5143\u7684\u793c\u54c1\u5238\u3002.<br \/>\n\u51ed\u8bc1\u5c06\u5728\u9a8c\u8bc1\u540e\u7684\u4e09\u5341 (30) \u5929\u5185\u7b7e\u53d1\u3002.<br \/>\n\u5956\u52b1\u4e0d\u53ef\u8f6c\u8ba9\uff0c\u4ea6\u4e0d\u53ef\u5151\u6362\u73b0\u91d1\u6216\u6362\u53d6\u5176\u4ed6\u4efb\u4f55\u5229\u76ca\u3002.<\/p>\n<p>5. \u4e00\u822c\u6761\u6b3e<br \/>\nHCA NDIS &amp; \u6b8b\u969c\u670d\u52a1\u673a\u6784\u4fdd\u7559\u968f\u65f6\u4fee\u6539\u3001\u6682\u505c\u6216\u7ec8\u6b62\u8be5\u8ba1\u5212\u7684\u6743\u5229\uff0c\u6055\u4e0d\u53e6\u884c\u901a\u77e5\u3002.<br \/>\n\u2022 \u5728\u540c\u4e00\u4eba\u83b7\u5f97\u591a\u6b21\u63a8\u8350\u7684\u60c5\u51b5\u4e0b\uff0c\u53ea\u6709\u6536\u5230\u7684\u7b2c\u4e00\u6b21\u6709\u6548\u63a8\u8350\u624d\u6709\u8d44\u683c\u83b7\u5f97\u5956\u52b1\u3002.<br \/>\n\u4efb\u4f55\u5bf9\u8be5\u8ba1\u5212\u7684\u6000\u7591\u6ee5\u7528\u884c\u4e3a\uff0c\u5305\u62ec\u865a\u5047\u63a8\u8350\u6216\u81ea\u6211\u63a8\u8350\uff0c\u53ef\u80fd\u5bfc\u81f4\u53d6\u6d88\u8d44\u683c\u3002.<br \/>\n\u53c2\u52a0\u672c\u9879\u76ee\u5373\u8868\u793a\u63a5\u53d7\u672c\u6761\u6b3e\u548c\u6761\u4ef6\u3002.<br \/>\n\u6709\u5173\u8ba1\u5212\u7684\u54a8\u8be2\uff0c\u8bf7\u76f4\u63a5\u8054\u7cfb\u60a8\u7684\u4e2a\u6848\u7ecf\u7406\u6216\u81f4\u7535 1300 422 777\u3002<\/p>\n  <\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n\n individuals who refer qualified healthcare professionals to join HCA. Referrals may come from current or past HCA workers. The bonus will be paid to both the referrer and the referred candidate once all eligibility criteria are met.<\/p>\n<p><strong>2. \u5408\u8d44\u683c<\/strong><br \/>\nThe Referrer:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Must have previously worked for HCA (including all associated brands) in any division or role.<\/li>\n<li>Does not need to be a current employee at the time of making the referral.<\/li>\n<li>If the referrer is currently employed by HCA, the reward will be processed through payroll.<\/li>\n<li>If the referrer is not currently employed by HCA, the reward will be provided as a digital gift card, in their local currency where possible.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>The Referred Candidate Must:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Be new to HCA (including all associated brands), or<\/li>\n<li>Not have worked with HCA in the past 2 years.<\/li>\n<li>Be referred before their interview prior to commencing with HCA, via the HCA website or verbally during application process.<\/li>\n<li>Mention the referrer during their interview. Reward Conditions<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>The referred candidate enters Agency or community support work; they must work 100 hours within 90 days of starting work with HCA for both parties to be eligible to receive the reward.<\/li>\n<li>If the referred candidate, any specialty, enters the Travel Nurse\/placement Program, they must complete at least one placement of 4 or more weeks within 90 days of starting work with HCA.<\/li>\n<li>If the referred candidate is an Allied Health worker, the allied health worker must enter a permanent contract, working 3+days per week and complete 6 months of work for both parties to be eligible for the reward.<\/li>\n<li>If the referred candidate is a Doctor, they must complete their 15th shift within 6 months of starting with HCA for both parties to be eligible to receive the reward.<\/li>\n<li>It is the responsibility of both the referrer and the referee to notify HCA when the eligibility criteria have been met and to claim the reward.<\/li>\n<li>The referrer must have had previous employment history with HCA.<\/li>\n<li>Current employees will be paid through payroll.
